We keep your privacy in mind, so every space has their own kitchen, bathroom and living area.
BBQ, Hot Tub, Front Deck and Back Patio are all shared spaces with other tenants of Surf Vida™.
To secure your spot — we do ask for a DEPOSIT upfront -- which also covers any damages during your stay.
The deposit is FULLY REFUNDED after your stay -- pending no damages.
Typically returned through Bank Transfer.
If you cancel your stay < 15 days -- the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you request your deposit back > 15 days before your stay -- it is REFUNDED MINUS bank fees.
IF DEPOSIT IS PAID THROUGH CREDIT CARD — THERE IS A 3% ADDITIONAL FEE.
All payments must be paid in advance or on the day of arrival.
We accept bank transfer or cash and the following methods:
We try to build a community of like-minded people and it helps to have tenants who stay longer.
Our monthly rates are set to encourage our monthly tenants to stay longer, and decrease our turnover. We do not Pro-Rate Rent.
We price our rooms based on demand, seasonality and boutique extras that are not available at other spaces.
